What the bible says about dating non christians
2 Corinthians - Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? 2 Corinthians -17 - Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? 1 Corinthians - Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.1 Peter 3:1 - Likewise, ye wives, [be] in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;1 Corinthians 7:1-40 - Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: [It is] good for a man not to touch a woman.
1 Corinthians - The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.1 Corinthians - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it].
God calls us to love one another, but the scripture is clear that He asks us to be careful.
According to Genesis, a man will leave home to marry one woman to become one flesh.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
However, there is actually nothing in the Bible that prohibits dating people of other races.
The Bible places more emphasis on Christians dating other Christians.
Ask yourself if the two of you are patient and kind to one another. The Bible seriously warns us about dating non-Christians.
